Enlightenment
is a mere word, and like all words, it’s an indicator of some fraction of
reality. So it’s practical to use the word ‘enlightened’ for the ones who are
in a joyful flow of life. According to me, an enlightened one is someone who,
in the real sense, ‘knows’ that he doesn’t and can’t know. Because existence is
ever transforming (and the so-called knowledge is simply a skill born of the
operational part of our brain, i.e., mind; a mere capability like any other
skill that helps us survive). To know that one doesn’t know brings a grace and
flow to one’s life. It gets one in peaceful sync with what is. It in turn gives
a joyful being, almost unconditional.
